Suggested Use:
For sweetening a single beverage start with 20 mg, adding more to meet your desired sweetness. For substituting in baking, begin with 150mg per cup of sugar, increasing slowly to meet the desired sweetness prior to baking. A micro scale is recommended to ensure accurate and precise measurements.
