Hard to find in a set like this!!
Pennsylvania State Police. Vintage, original patch, 1st sergeant stripes (which was used for several years), sergeant and corporal stripes.
Years of service from 2 to 30 years. Each stripe was 2 years, a small star was 5 years (on the 25 year patch) and larger star was 10 years.
