Version
-  Approx. 4 1/8" wide x 4 1/8" tall keystone-shaped design, yellow-gold rolled-edge border with royal-blue fine twill background.  Inner design features a yellow-gold ship's wheel, jumping fish, and waves.   In thick yellow-gold lettering reads "Pennsylvania Fish Commission" across top & bottom.   Has cloth with fine gauze backing.
