SHIPPING
Shipments generally leave our distributor's warehouse M-F, 1PM EST.  This is not the case during holidays, eve of holidays and natural disasters.
This product is shipped via FEDEX only.  We reserve the right to use a signature requirement.  This product cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Items cannot be shipped to hotels/inns/motels unless you are an employee or on extended stay.  If you choose to send something to one of these locations it is at your own risk.
Guaranteed dates by eBay are not to be taken literally, they are simply false information that we cannot control.  We do not have a way to remove this "feature".  To give you a better idea:  Florida is 2 transit days, Texas is 4 transit days, California is 6 transit days, some parts of Idaho, Nebraska, Iowa and Montana can take up to 7 transit days.  Alaska/Hawaii, 8-10 transit days.  Transit days begin the day after the product is shipped/scanned.  These are averages, once the package has been scanned most carriers will provide the estimated delivery date on their website.
If you receive a damaged item do not discard.  Take photos of the packaging and the product(if product was opened).
Delivery instructions for delivery drivers very rarely work.  Example, deliver to backdoor instead of front porch.  Gate codes however, can be very helpful.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.  Returns are only eligible if the item is unopened.  The cost of return shipping is to be paid for by the buyer.  We suggest FEDEX as they have the lowest damage rate of any carrier.  We do not cater to buyer's remorse, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on returns. If you do not agree with this then don't buy the product.
