Malmark Choirchime Handchimes 37 Note 3 Octave C4-C7 Instruments in 2 Cases

Description

Selling a 3-octave set of Malmark handchimes in 2 cases.
The 2 cases were not originally from the same owner, so they are being joined together in this sale.
FOR THE 2-OCTAVE CHIMES AND CASE:
This case is the style that had the shag-rug-fur material and the
restraining bar which “pinches” over 2 rollerballs – not the latest style (which secures in with 2 wooden square openings and a spring.)
The natural notes appear silver, and all notes have a shinier sheen/topcoat than the other case.
The G4, A4, and B4 are all replacement chimes from a newer/different set as the originals were unusable.
The D5 and F#6 are brand new from Malmark as those also had to be replaced.
The rest of the set is the style where the thumbguard is NOT attached to the chime (older), except for these 5.
As a result, 5 of the chimes do not match in appearance to the other 20.
In this case, all clapperheads, screws, nuts, and bolts, etc have been replaced.
FOR THE 3-OCTAVE CHIMES AND CASE:
This case is the style that has the foam insert with the felt fabric covering. As you can see, there is some damage to that felt, but it is not entirely disintegrating or damaged, so it has been left alone.
The natural notes appear gray, and all notes have a matte appearance/topcoat.
This is the style where the thumbguards ARE attached.

All the stickers have been replaced on the thumbguards.
All chimes have been adjusted, lubricated, and cleaned for optimal performance and sound great.
